(I.C.E.) emergency contacts: police, fire ,rescue , n hospitals personal don't know who the contacts in your phone are .when in a situation where you may not be able to give these people important information; including who to contact in a emergency put- I.C.E. - in front of your emergency contact name. it means -IN CASE OF EMERGENCY- so if you cant speak (example... unconcious in a car accident by yourself) they'll know who to contact and get important information which could save your life. and please tell other family members too .
